Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before proceeding with a return:

1. Contact Customer Service Within 5 Days:  
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service  via email within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number ,the reason for the return and clear photos showing the issue with the product. 

2. Condition of the Dress:  
The dress must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free from any stains, damages, or odors. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. No Multiple Orders for Try-On:  
 We do not accept returns for orders where multiple items were purchased with the intention of trying them on and returning all but one. Please make your selection carefully before placing your order.


4. Return Shipping Costs:  
We do not cover return shipping costs or any additional fees(e.g., customs duties, taxes, or handling charges) incurred during the return process. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.We recommend checking the estimated return shipping fees with your carrier before initiating a return.  


5. Refund Process:  
-If the issue is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will offer a partial refund as compensation or accept a return for a full refund.  
-If the issue is not due to our error (e.g., change of mind or improper use,not fit ,don't like), we cannot guarantee a full refund. In such cases, the original shipping(about $30) fees will be deducted from your refund, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs as do not offer free returns.
  
   - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
   - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.  
   - Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items:  
   Certain items are non-returnable, including sale items, personalized/custom-made dresses, and items marked as final sale. Please check the product description for details before purchasing.

7. Please note that color variations are unavoidable due to differences in screen settings and lighting conditions. And all our dresses are handmade by skilled tailors, and slight variations in stitching, detailing, or fit may occur. These minor differences are a natural part of the handmade process and do not qualify as defects. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
